Member List
The Greene County Tennis Association annually gives scholarships to senior players whose parents are current members. Scholarship money is based on how many years a player has been on a tennis team at the middle school or high school, how many years the parents have been members, and the number of points a player has earned. To join, please fill out the following application and mail it with a check to our treasurer.

Junior players can earn a state ranking from the North Carolina Tennis Association by playing in at least four USTA tournaments and winning at least three matches. After a player wins three matches the quality of the ranking depends on the number of tournaments, number of wins, and the quality of the tournaments that the player had played in. Junior rankings will be "rolling" beginning January 2001, meaning that they will cover at least 12 months instead of starting over. Final rankings will be published in the NCTA book which comes out in March. Players may check their up to date rankings by going to nctennis.com.
